General overhaul
Overhauling a diesel engine or transmission can be a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new engine or transmission.
We are a certified partner of MTU and Allison Transmission, and our reconditioned engines, transmissions and generator sets give you the security you need for your investment. The warranty period on reconditioned engines and transmissions is between 6 to 12 months, depending on the application.
Scheduled overhaul
The maintenance schedule of the manufacturer is based on operating hours or run-time and foresees overhauls to increase the service life of engines or generator sets. An expert overhaul carried out by K & W Drive Systems with original spare parts tailored to the customers needs, is not only cost effective, but often the fastest way to have your engine operating again. We provide customised on-site overhauls for installed emergency power gensets. We will be happy to advise you.
General overhaul due to a defect
In the event of a defect, a general overhaul may be the most cost-effective and/ or quickest solution. We will advise you regarding the optimal choice in terms of cost and availability, when it comes to the decision between making a new purchase or overhauling.
