With a maximum performance of 522 kW (700 hp) and up to seven available speeds, including overdrive and second reverse gear, the Allison 4000 Series is built for productivity and reliability. The availability of close and wide ratio gearing and the engine-driven Power Take-Off (PTO) provision will help you do the job. The 4000 Series covers a wide range of applications, with special features such as an optional integral output retarder providing enhanced vehicle braking and reduced brake wear.
